A formal HRT Assessment total cost is $350 and includes a 2 hour assessment session, informed consent paperwork, and a letter of assessment which can be provided to a GP for further referral to an endocrinologist.

The tragedy that occurred during the Lapu-Lapu day festival in Vancouver this April has had, and will continue to, have a devastating impact on our mental well-being. As a licensed clinical therapist of Filipino descent, the event has had a profound impact on his role as a therapist and as an individual with close ties to the community. The road to recovery will entail getting the mental health support that recognizes the impact of such trauma as we move forward.
Ric is a compassionate and skilled Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Policy of Filipino descent. He has experience supporting individuals contending with life struggles that include trauma and stressor-related challenges, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, gender dysphoria, grief and loss, and addiction recovery.
Having had extensive work with diverse groups including from LGBTQ+ communities, Ric’s approach to therapy is influenced by rich and diverse cultural experiences, along with formalized clinical trainings and evidenced-based practices.
